Pairing Red meat, game, mushrooms, medium cheeses
The Sebino Pinot Nero IGT Pinéro 2022 from Ca' Del Bosco shows a light, lively ruby red colour. On the nose it offers a fragrant, restrained profile: small red fruits, cherry and raspberry, floral notes of faded rose and a subtle spicy hint that adds depth without overpowering. The impression is immediate yet measured, with an elegant tannic texture and freshness that supports the drinking experience, outlining a harmonious and pleasant overall balance.

On the palate it develops linearly, with juicy fruit and aromatic callbacks to the nose, and a medium-length finish. This wine suits those seeking finesse and grace over power, pairing well with white meats, cured meats and semi-aged cheeses, as well as mushroom dishes and flavourful risottos. Serve slightly cool, between 14 and 16 °C; a short period of aeration can help open the aromas without changing its identity.

Winery history
The Zanella family transformed a small farmhouse in the hills of Erbusco into a winemaking project featuring high-density vineyards and cellar innovations. The first vineyards were planted in the late 1960s; commercial production began in the early 1970s with their first Franciacorta and Curtefranca labels. Over the decades the estate has expanded its vineyards, introduced new winemaking techniques and established iconic wines such as the Cuvée Annamaria Clementi and reserve versions.
Production philosophy
The winery states an approach that places listening to nature at its core, balancing tradition and innovation. This is reflected in practices aimed at enhancing the terroir, targeted technological investments to preserve the qualities of the grapes, and cultural initiatives that connect wine and art. Since 2014, the adoption of certified organic viticulture on part of the estate has been reported.
