Ruby red with violet highlights, on the nose it opens with impressions of ripe red fruit, balsamic notes and a light spiciness that does not overpower the overall freshness. On the palate it is balanced, with compact tannins and an acidic thread that supports the drink; the finish is persistent yet restrained, inviting the next sip without excess. The structure allows pleasant drinking in various situations without requiring demanding pairings.

It pairs naturally with dishes of white and red meat, medium-aged cheeses and savory preparations based on mushrooms or rustic sauces; it is also suitable for convivial outdoor service. We recommend pouring it into a wide-bowled glass to highlight the aromas and serving at around 16–18 °C. Winery history
The Zanella family transformed a small farmhouse in the hills of Erbusco into a winemaking project featuring high-density vineyards and cellar innovations. The first vineyards were planted in the late 1960s; commercial production began in the early 1970s with their first Franciacorta and Curtefranca labels. Over the decades the estate has expanded its vineyards, introduced new winemaking techniques and established iconic wines such as the Cuvée Annamaria Clementi and reserve versions.
Production philosophy
The winery states an approach that places listening to nature at its core, balancing tradition and innovation. This is reflected in practices aimed at enhancing the terroir, targeted technological investments to preserve the qualities of the grapes, and cultural initiatives that connect wine and art. Since 2014, the adoption of certified organic viticulture on part of the estate has been reported.
