The Sebino Rosso IGT 2021 from Ca' Del Bosco, overseen by Maurizio Zanella, is presented in magnum format and supplied in a wooden case, suitable for occasions requiring an impressive bottle. In the glass it shows a deep ruby color; on the nose there are notes of ripe red fruit, delicate spice hints and light earthy nuances that integrate without being intrusive. The overall impression is restrained and measured, consistent with a clean, composed expression.

On the palate it shows a balanced structure, clearly defined but not aggressive tannins, and freshness that supports the drinking experience; persistence is pleasant without excess. Serve at a moderate temperature and, if preferred, open the bottle in advance or perform a short decant to allow some oxygenation. It pairs with red meats, mildly seasoned game and medium-mature cheeses; the magnum format also makes it suitable for a substantial meal. For those willing to wait, it may gain some complexity with a few years of further cellar ageing.

Winery history
The Zanella family transformed a small farmhouse in the hills of Erbusco into a winemaking project featuring high-density vineyards and cellar innovations. The first vineyards were planted in the late 1960s; commercial production began in the early 1970s with their first Franciacorta and Curtefranca labels. Over the decades the estate has expanded its vineyards, introduced new winemaking techniques and established iconic wines such as the Cuvée Annamaria Clementi and reserve versions.
Production philosophy
The winery states an approach that places listening to nature at its core, balancing tradition and innovation. This is reflected in practices aimed at enhancing the terroir, targeted technological investments to preserve the qualities of the grapes, and cultural initiatives that connect wine and art. Since 2014, the adoption of certified organic viticulture on part of the estate has been reported.
