The Sebino Rosso IGT offered by Ca' Del Bosco and signed by Maurizio Zanella is presented in the Cofanetto Caveau, designed as a thoughtful gift or a bottle to share. Visually it shows a ruby color of medium intensity; on the nose it opens with aromas of ripe red fruit, hints of sweet spice and a subtle herbaceous note that keeps everything balanced. On the palate it is harmonious, medium-bodied, with soft tannins and a measured acidity that supports the sip without overwhelming.

It suits informal tables and dishes with substance but not excessive structure: it pairs with cured meats, simply prepared white or red meats and semi-firm cheeses. The Cofanetto Caveau emphasizes its gift potential by offering an elegant presentation. Serve at about 16–18 °C and store in a cool, dry place away from light and heat sources.

Winery history
The Zanella family transformed a small farmhouse in the hills of Erbusco into a winemaking project featuring high-density vineyards and cellar innovations. The first vineyards were planted in the late 1960s; commercial production began in the early 1970s with their first Franciacorta and Curtefranca labels. Over the decades the estate has expanded its vineyards, introduced new winemaking techniques and established iconic wines such as the Cuvée Annamaria Clementi and reserve versions.
Production philosophy
The winery states an approach that places listening to nature at its core, balancing tradition and innovation. This is reflected in practices aimed at enhancing the terroir, targeted technological investments to preserve the qualities of the grapes, and cultural initiatives that connect wine and art. Since 2014, the adoption of certified organic viticulture on part of the estate has been reported.
