A single malt from M&H Distillery presented in a 70 cl bottle and gift box, with a finish in casks that held white wine in 2019. On the nose it opens with good aromatic intensity: the winey trace is noticeable but never intrusive, accompanied by notes of ripe fruit, honey and a light hint of vanilla. The olfactory profile remains clean and well defined, with a touch of sweet spices that supports the development without weighing it down.

On the palate it shows a surprising roundness and a balance between softness and freshness; the alcohol is well balanced and the texture is supported by gentle tannins imparted by the casks. The finish is linear and persistent, with a dry sensation that invites a second sip. Recommended neat or with a drop of water to open the aromas; it pairs with character with aged cheeses, cured meats and savory fish dishes. Ready to gift thanks to the packaging.
