Elegant and finely tense, this Metodo Classico Trento DOC shows a fine perlage and a thin mousse that accompany a straightforward bouquet of white-fleshed fruit, citrus peel and delicate notes of bread crust. The profile is fresh and vertical, more savory than rich, with a lively acidic spine that gives drive without aggressiveness: the palate is measured and harmonious, leaving a clean sensation that invites a second sip.

On the palate it reveals a lean structure and balance: acidity supports the drink, while minerality and persistence close on a pleasant savory note. Excellent as an aperitif, it pairs well with seafood starters, shellfish and delicate fish dishes, but also stands up to fresh cheeses and light preparations. The delicacy of its notes makes it versatile and suitable both for toasts and convivial moments; serve chilled to appreciate its finesse and precision.
