Sotol Paco y Salomón Lot 9 is a rare and refined distillate from the heart of Mexico, produced by the historic Sotoleros winery. Made exclusively with sotol, a wild plant that grows in the arid regions of Chihuahua, this distillate gracefully expresses the unique characteristics of the territory. The traditional production process involves slow fermentation and a double distillation that enhance the aromatic nuances and the purity of the final product.

On the nose, an elegant bouquet emerges, with herbal scents reminiscent of Mediterranean scrub, delicate floral notes, and a slight hint of minerals. On the palate, it reveals a enveloping structure, soft but decisive, with a light salinity and a slightly smoky aftertaste that recalls wood and earth. Perfect as an aperitif or to accompany spicy Mexican dishes, Sotol Paco y Salomón Lot 9 is ideal for those seeking an authentic and characterful experience.
