Il Spourtiko di Makaeounas è un vino intrigante, originario di Cipro, che esprime pienamente il carattere del vitigno autoctono da cui prende il nome. Alla vista si presenta con un colore giallo paglierino brillante, suggerendo freschezza e vivacità. Al naso, rivela un bouquet aromatico composito, con note floreali di fiori bianchi e sentori agrumati che richiamano il limone e il pompelmo, arricchiti da lievi sfumature erbacee.

All'assaggio, questo vino offre una straordinaria freschezza, dovuta alla sua vivace acidità che lo rende particolarmente piacevole e dissetante. Il palato è dominato da sapori di frutta fresca, soprattutto agrumi e mela verde, con una leggera mineralità che aggiunge profondità e complessità al quadro gustativo.
