The Spumante Alta Langa DOCG Blanc de Blancs 655 by Agricola Brandini is born in the exclusive hilly territory of Alta Langa, in Piedmont, where the cool climate and soil rich in marl and limestone impart structure and finesse to the wine. Produced exclusively from Chardonnay grapes, this sparkling wine expresses the elegance and freshness typical of the variety, thanks to a traditional bottle fermentation following the classic method. A long aging on the lees gives aromatic complexity, enriching the bouquet with hints of white flowers, citrus, and a slight note of bread crust. On the palate it is vibrant, with fine and persistent bubbles, accompanied by a pleasant sapidity that perfectly balances the gustatory-olfactory pleasure. Perfect as an aperitif or paired with delicate seafood dishes, such as carpaccio and shellfish, this sparkling wine tells the harmony between territory, grapes, and craftsmanship.
