Rapalino presents an Alta Langa Rosé Pas Dosé DOCG notable for its composure and clarity. In the glass it shows a pale pink color and fine bubbles that support a fragrant profile: delicate red berries, citrus zest and a subtle floral note. The acidity is lively but balanced, conferring freshness without aggressiveness; the absence of dosage leaves the precision of the sip intact, highlighting salinity and a linear flavor profile. Ideal for those who prefer wines of precision and fine elegance.

On the palate it is dry and lithe, with a slim body and an aromatic return that recalls fruit and a slight impression of bread crust; the finish is elegant rather than broad. It works well as a refined aperitif, with raw seafood, tartare and fish-based preparations, but also holds up to more savory pairings like not overly aged cured meats and fresh cheeses. Serve chilled, in a flute or small glass to showcase the bubbles.
