The Spumante AOP Crémant de Limoux from Domaine de La Baume is born in the heart of the Limoux wine-producing area, one of the oldest historic regions for French sparkling wine production. Here, traditional grape varieties like Mauzac, accompanied by Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, provide structure and finesse to this elegant classic method, which involves a second fermentation in the bottle. The prolonged aging on the lees enriches the wine with aromatic complexity and a very fine perlage.

In the glass, it presents a bright straw color, displaying delicate aromas of green apple, white flowers, and subtle notes of bread crust. On the palate, it is fresh and harmonious, with lively acidity balancing softness, making it perfect for aperitifs or pairings with fish dishes and fresh cheeses. This Crémant de Limoux tells the story of the territory with elegance, combining tradition and modernity in a refined sparkling wine.
