This Spumante Brut Alto Adige Rosé DOC Athesis in magnum format offers a sleek, measured profile: pale pink in color with a fine, continuous perlage that enlivens the glass. On the nose it opens with hints of small red berries and wildflowers, then citrus zest and a savory mineral note that underscores its precision. The style is elegant rather than showy, with vibrant freshness and a well-defined acidic structure that supports the sip without weighing it down.

On the palate it fulfills the aromatic and sensory promise: the sip is clean and flowing, with a slight creaminess from the perlage and a pleasant persistence. The magnum bottle provides a softer maturation of the perlage and a striking presence ideal for conviviality and celebrations. Serve very cold; excellent as an aperitif, with raw seafood, smoked salmon, crustacean dishes or fresh cheeses. Versatile and well balanced, it also naturally accompanies desserts based on red fruits.
