The Spumante Brut Grej from La Tordera is born in the heart of the province of Treviso, a land renowned for the production of high-quality sparkling wines. Obtained mainly from Glera grapes, typical of the Prosecco area, this sparkling wine stands out for its fine and persistent perlage, the result of a meticulous refermentation in autoclave according to the Charmat method. The aromatic profile recalls fresh scents of green apple, white flowers, and a light citrus note that gives liveliness to the sip.

On the palate, it reveals itself balanced with a pleasant acidity that makes it versatile in food pairings. Ideal as an aperitif, it pairs perfectly with light appetizers, seafood, and fish-based dishes. La Tordera, respectful of local traditions, thanks to careful care in the vineyard and cellar, thus offers a genuine expression of the designation of origin, capable of conquering those who seek freshness and delicacy in the glass.
