Rambela by Randi Vini is a Brut sparkling wine made using the Charmat method that focuses on immediacy and brightness. The perlage is lively and fine, the color straw-yellow with greenish reflections; the aromatic profile opens with fresh citrus, crisp apple and white flowers, while a hint of yeast and white bread adds a pleasant supporting note without weighing it down.

On the palate it is lean and savory, with a straightforward freshness that keeps the sip agile and smooth; the balance between acidity and body makes it suitable for drinking young and for everyday occasions. It works well as an aperitif but also pairs with seafood starters, oysters, sushi and fish dishes that are not too rich; it holds up gracefully with light fried foods and fresh cheeses. Serve chilled to enhance its liveliness and aromatic clarity. A direct and pleasant choice for those seeking immediate, fresh bubbles that are ready to drink.
