Pairing Aperitifs, appetizers, fish
It displays a pale pink with salmon reflections and a fine, lively perlage that lightly enlivens the glass. The Charmat method preserves the fruity character: on the nose small red berries and delicate floral notes emerge, with a citrusy hint that adds vivacity. The overall impression is essential and straightforward, well balanced between freshness and personality, without resorting to artifices.

On the palate it is lean and sapid, with bright acidity that supports the sip and a dry, clean finish of moderate persistence. Ideal as an aperitif, it pairs well with seafood starters, sushi, summer salads and cured meats that aren’t too bold; it also suits light dishes served cold. Serve at around 6–8 °C to preserve its immediate drinkability and highlight the combination of fruit and freshness.
