Il termine "Brut Nature" indica che questo spumante è senza dosaggio, ovvero non è stato aggiunto zucchero dopo la seconda fermentazione, rendendolo straordinariamente secco con una purezza e freschezza distintive.

Alla vista, si presenta con una brillante tonalità dorata e un perlage fine e persistente che testimonia la meticolosa lavorazione. Al naso, si percepiscono aromi complessi e delicati di fiori bianchi, agrumi freschi e lieviti, con un leggero accenno di frutta secca e note minerali che arricchiscono ulterioremente il bouquet.

Winery history
The Pfitscher family has been producing wine in Montagna since the 19th century; the estate has gradually evolved toward quality by selecting steep vineyards and working with ambitious grape varieties. In recent decades the family has focused on winemaking that highlights the expressiveness of individual vineyards, showcasing crus such as Vigna Das Langefeld and Matan.
Production philosophy
They practice viticulture oriented toward quality and sustainability: manual work in the vineyards and the pursuit of clean, authentic winemaking are central. They have also developed the winery and its facilities with energy efficiency and environmental impact in mind.
