Made exclusively with Glera grapes, this sparkling wine stands out for its refinement and the typical elegance of the Treviso terroir, where the combination of mild climate and calcareous-clay soils gives the wine complexity and freshness.

In the glass, it shows a very fine and persistent perlage, accompanied by slender golden hues. The aromatic profile is enveloping, with hints of white flowers, golden apple, and slight notes of bread crust, the result of careful fermentation and aging in the autoclave that preserves liveliness and gustatory cleanliness.

Winery history

The winery was born from the commitment of the Pederiva and Mattiola families to the Combai area. Production grew as a family enterprise handed down through generations. Today their children continue the business, preserving traditional practices in the terraced vineyards and hand-tending the vines.

Production philosophy

They practice viticulture closely connected to the land: manual work on the slopes, respect for biodiversity, and sustainability-oriented practices. Their approach combines local tradition with innovation in the cellar to bring out the characteristics of each cru.
