Pairing Aperitifs, appetizers, light dishes
It shows a bright straw-yellow color and a fine, consistent perlage that opens the tasting with grace. On the nose it offers immediate clarity: white flowers and white-fleshed fruit accompanied by slight hints of bread crust and a faint residual sweetness that is not intrusive. The palate is soft yet lively, the bubbles support the structure without weighing it down, while good acidity keeps the wine savory and smooth, giving it a pleasant persistence and an overall harmonious character.

As a pairing it works well both as an aperitif and with light seafood dishes, sushi and raw seafood, but it also stands up to fresh cheeses and vegetable-based preparations. It is ideal when looking for a wine that is soft but not lacking in freshness: serve chilled, around 6–8 °C, to best appreciate its texture and subtle sweetness. A suitable companion for informal occasions and for tables that favor balance and immediate drinkability.
