Extra Dry sparkling wine from Raboso grapes that shows a direct, sincere character: lively bubbles that support a vibrant sip, driven by marked acidity and a savory structure. On the nose there are hints of ripe red berries, a light spicy note and a herbaceous background that lends freshness; the variety’s typical tannin is softened by the sparkling process, leaving a pleasantly dry and well-defined texture. The Magnum bottle version offers a dramatic presentation and greater roundness on the palate, ideal for those seeking a convivial wine with personality.

Without a label, it retains an informal, versatile allure: perfect as a substantial aperitif or to accompany flavorful cured meats, rustic dishes and aged cheeses. The sip remains clean and pleasantly persistent, with fruity returns that invite a second glass. Recommended to serve well chilled, around 6–8 °C, to bring out the freshness and vivacity of the bubbles; a good choice for those who appreciate sparkling wines with an authentic, unpretentious character.

Winery history
Casa Roma is the agricultural estate of the Peruzzetto family, rooted in the Piave region. The company developed around the historic farmhouse known as "Casa Roma" and has progressively promoted local grape varieties, particularly Raboso, alongside international plantings. Public information indicates it is family-run and has a long-standing presence in San Polo di Piave.
Production philosophy
The winery aims to strike a balance between tradition and experimentation: preserving and promoting the indigenous grape varieties of the Marca Trevigiana, while introducing sustainability-focused agricultural practices and experimenting with resistant and international grape varieties.
Terroir and vineyards
The vineyards are located in the Vini del Piave area, between the hills of Conegliano and the plain between Treviso and Venice. The soils, characterized by stony ground along the Piave valley, favor, among others, the cultivation of Glera for Prosecco and Raboso for local wines.
