The Pas Dosé in magnum, packaged in the elegant Kettmeir case, simply expresses the dry, vertical character of Alto Adige DOC. In the glass it shows fine, compact perlage that supports a sparkling sip: green fruit and crystallized citrus alternate with light notes of white flowers and hints of bread crust, with no sweet elements thanks to the pas dosé dosage. Winery history

Founded in the early 20th century, Kettmeir is a historic South Tyrolean winery rooted in Caldaro. Over the years the winery has evolved its production and commercial structure; company historical sources and group materials record the founding year as 1919 and indicate corporate changes that led to the current ownership structure cited in official documents.

Production philosophy

The winery aims to express the Alto Adige region through selections of indigenous and international grape varieties, maintaining stable collaborations with local producers.
