Spumante Pinot Nero Brut - Conte Vistarino è un raffinato esempio di spumante ottenuto da uve Pinot Nero. Prodotto dall'illustre cantina Conte Vistarino, situata nel cuore dell'Oltrepò Pavese, questo spumante si distingue per la sua eleganza e complessità. Il colore è un brillante paglierino con riflessi dorati, mentre il perlage è finissimo e persistente.

Al naso, emergono sentori di frutta bianca matura, come pera e mela, accompagnati da delicate note floreali e lievi accenni di crosta di pane, dovuti al metodo classico di rifermentazione in bottiglia. In bocca, si presenta secco e fresco, con una piacevole acidità che bilancia perfettamente la struttura del vino. Il sapore è intenso e armonioso, con un finale persistente che richiama le note fruttate e floreali percepite al naso.

Winery history
The Giorgi di Vistarino family estate has roots in the Oltrepò Pavese dating back to the mid-19th century, when the Counts Vistarino introduced Pinot Noir to the Rocca de’ Giorgi property and were early experimenters with vinification using the traditional method. In recent decades the estate has been relaunched and modernized while preserving its historical identity and its commitment to hill-grown grape varieties.
Production philosophy
Production focused on enhancing the hilly territory of the Oltrepò Pavese: clonal selection, hand harvesting for the top labels, differentiated vinification and attention to environmental sustainability. The approach combines tradition and modern technologies to express elegance and terroir.
