This Rosé sparkling wine made by the Classic Method, aged for 36 months, presents a pale pink color and a fine, persistent perlage. On the nose it offers small red fruits — strawberry and cherry — accompanied by hints of yeast and bread crust, a sign of the long secondary fermentation; the profile remains clean and intense without losing freshness. On the palate it is lively and linear, supported by good acidity and savoriness that lengthen the drinking experience, with measured softness and a pleasant persistence that invites a second glass.

The magnum-format bottle enhances the slowness of its evolution and makes this version particularly suited to convivial moments or long tastings; the "without label" appearance makes it elegant in its simplicity. Excellent as an aperitif, it pairs gracefully with shellfish, sushi, not-too-spicy charcuterie starters and fresh cheeses; serve chilled, around 6–8 °C, to best appreciate the finesse of the bubbles and the complexity developed during aging.

Winery history
Casa Roma is the agricultural estate of the Peruzzetto family, rooted in the Piave region. The company developed around the historic farmhouse known as "Casa Roma" and has progressively promoted local grape varieties, particularly Raboso, alongside international plantings. Public information indicates it is family-run and has a long-standing presence in San Polo di Piave.
Production philosophy
The winery aims to strike a balance between tradition and experimentation: preserving and promoting the indigenous grape varieties of the Marca Trevigiana, while introducing sustainability-focused agricultural practices and experimenting with resistant and international grape varieties.
Terroir and vineyards
The vineyards are located in the Vini del Piave area, between the hills of Conegliano and the plain between Treviso and Venice. The soils, characterized by stony ground along the Piave valley, favor, among others, the cultivation of Glera for Prosecco and Raboso for local wines.
