Spumante Trento DOC Metodo Classico Dos. Zero - 601 - Astucciato - Cantina di Trento is produced in the heart of the famous Trentino area, a territory of excellence for the production of quality sparkling wines. Obtained exclusively from white grape varieties typical of the region, this sparkling wine stands out for its prolonged aging on the lees, which imparts complexity and finesse to the bouquet. The absence of added sugars in the dosaggio zero allows a vibrant freshness to emerge, with mineral hints, notes of bread crust, and delicate nuances of white-fleshed fruits, such as apple and pear. Its elegance and persistent structure make it ideal paired with refined fish dishes, crustaceans, or light appetizers, enhancing every sip with balance and harmony. A true sparkling jewel that carries the tradition and mastery of Trentino mountain viticulture.
