On the palate it shows structure and present but balanced tannins, supported by good acidity that brings liveliness and highlights its suitability to accompany flavorful dishes. The persistence is noticeable without being intrusive, offering a balance between power and finesse.

It is suitable for convivial moments and for dining, for example with savory meats, mushroom dishes or aged cheeses. It is recommended to serve it in large glasses to showcase its aromatic profile and to open the bottle shortly before serving to allow slight development. Serving temperature around 16–18 °C. Its versatility makes it appropriate for both informal meals and more structured menus, providing a good balance of character and drinkability.
