On the palate, its structure is lively and harmonious, with a perfect balance between the natural sweetness of the agave and vibrant freshness, accompanied by light hints of spices and almond. Aging in stainless steel preserves all the genuineness of the distillate, ensuring a clear and sharp experience. Ideal for classic cocktails such as the Margarita or to enjoy neat with ice, the Tequila Weber Blanco 70cl - Vecindad pays tribute to the excellence of the Mexican terroir.

Distillation
Traditional small-batch methods: cooking the piñas in traditional ovens (including pit or masonry ovens), natural/spontaneous fermentation in wooden vats, and double distillation predominantly in copper stills; some cuvées also document the use of traditional stills/containers in wood or ceramics.
Ageing
Variable: many Raicillas are presented young (unaged); some distillates and the Tequilas (e.g. the Reposado) receive a short maturation in wooden barrels (for the reposado commercial sheets indicate a minimum period of around 2 months up to 1 year).
