Immediately pleasing, this Umbria Bianco IGT from the Colli Amerini appears bright in the glass and inviting on the nose. Notes of white flowers and white-fleshed fruit intertwine with a restrained citrus note and subtle herbal hints; all supported by lively freshness and a sapid quality that defines its character. With medium body and a structure that showcases the fruit, the palate remains lean and well balanced, while the finish is clean and moderately persistent, with a pleasant mineral streak.

On the palate the profile is clean, with citrus echoes and a pleasant sense of lightness that makes pairing easy: perfect with seafood appetizers, simple fish dishes, grilled vegetables and fresh cheeses. Served well chilled (around 10-12 °C) it highlights its vivacity; it remains a versatile white, suitable both as an aperitif and for a light meal, ideal for picnics or informal dinners and for those looking for a wine of character without excess.
