This Umbria Bianco IGT - Colli Amerini offers a direct, well-balanced expression: in the glass it appears bright, with aromas recalling white flowers, citrus peel and a light note of green apple, without excessive aromatic intensity. The sip is fresh and well balanced, punctuated by a pleasant sapidity that supports its medium body; the drinking is smooth but not trivial, with a persistence that invites a second taste. The structure is measured, with acidity sufficient to make the wine versatile yet never disjointed.

It is well suited to be served slightly chilled, ideal for accompanying seafood starters, composed salads and grilled fish dishes; it works just as well with fresh cheeses and simple first courses. It’s an everyday but carefully made white, suitable both for an informal aperitif and for dinners where you want a wine that supports the dish without overpowering it.
