The "Borrigiano" by Il Borro is a red wine that embodies the passion and winemaking tradition of Tuscany. Classified as IGT (Indicazione Geografica Tipica), this wine showcases the unique terroir of the region, blending modern winemaking techniques with the historicity of its grape varieties.

Produced by the renowned Il Borro winery, owned by the Ferragamo family since 1993, this label exemplifies respect for the environment and the Tuscan landscape. The commitment to sustainable viticulture is reflected in the wine, which is the result of meticulous work and respect for natural resources.

The "Borrigiano" is predominantly composed of Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Syrah grapes, a trio that emphasizes the wine's structure and aromatic complexity. The color is intensely ruby with violet hues, promising a rich sensory experience from the first visual impact.

On the nose, the wine exudes aromas of ripe red fruits, spicy notes, and a light touch of vanilla, derived from aging in barrels. On the palate, the structure is robust but balanced, with soft tannins that accompany its gustatory evolution. The finish is persistent and harmonious, characterized by a pleasant freshness.

Ideal for pairing with red meat dishes, game, and aged cheeses, the "Borrigiano" by Il Borro enhances any table with elegance and character. A wine that not only tells the essence of Tuscany but also invites one to discover the philosophy of a winery that honors the land and its fruits.
