The Trebbiano Spoletino DOC produced by Le Cimate is a white wine that exemplifies the excellence and distinctiveness of this native grape variety from Umbria. With careful vinification, which includes fermentation at controlled temperatures and a brief maturation period in stainless steel containers, this wine retains all the freshness and aromatic qualities typical of Trebbiano Spoletino.

Visually, it presents a bright straw-yellow color with greenish reflections that suggest its liveliness. On the nose, the bouquet is broad and complex, with notes of white-fleshed fruit such as pear and apple, enriched by floral nuances and a subtle touch of aromatic herbs that lends an enviable freshness.

On the palate, Le Cimate's Trebbiano Spoletino is surprisingly rich and structured, yet maintains an agility that makes each sip refreshingly pleasant. The balance between acidity and fruitiness is impeccable, with a mineral sensation that lingers in the long, clean finish.

This wine pairs perfectly with a variety of dishes, from light appetizers to more elaborate fish dishes. It is also an excellent companion for fresh cheeses and vegetarian dishes enhanced with aromatic herbs.

The Trebbiano Spoletino DOC from Le Cimate is a prime example of the ability of this grape variety to produce high-quality white wines that can surprise and satisfy even the most demanding palates. A prestigious addition to any respected white wine selection.
