The Trentino DOC Chardonnay by Concilio, belonging to the Linea Nativi, is a refined example of the winemaking expressiveness of Trentino. This white wine is born from carefully selected Chardonnay grapes, grown in vineyards located in a mountainous area that offers an ideal climate, with significant temperature variations, to preserve freshness and structure.

The wine stands out for careful aging that combines controlled temperature fermentation and brief maturation in steel, enhancing the varietal elegance without weighing down the aromatic profile. On the nose, delicate scents of white-fleshed fruit, such as apple and pear, open up, accompanied by light hints of white flowers and a mineral touch reminiscent of the land of origin.

On the palate, it shows a pleasant balance between lively acidity and softness, with a clean and harmonious finish. Excellent as an accompaniment to fish dishes, white meats, or elegant aperitifs.
