The Trentino DOC Müller Thurgau by Ronch represents a winemaking excellence of the Trentino territory, characterized by a harmonious balance between freshness and aromaticity. This wine is born from carefully cultivated Müller Thurgau grapes on the sunny hills surrounding Trento, an area known for its continental climate softened by the mountains, ideal for preserving varietal integrity. After fermentation at low temperatures, the wine undergoes aging in steel tanks that enhances its marked delicacy and typical floral note. In the glass, it appears bright with greenish reflections, releasing aromas of white flowers, green apple, and light fresh grass. The sip is soft and harmonious, with a fragrant bouquet and a pleasant mineral vein that elevates its drinkability. Perfect as an aperitif, it pairs wonderfully with light dishes such as seafood appetizers, fresh salads, and delicate cow's milk cheeses.
