The Brut Spumante "Domini Nero" by Abate Nero is a Classic Method from Trentino, created exclusively with Pinot Nero grapes, which gives it a unique charm that starts from the bright golden color. This wine offers a very pleasant sensory experience, with aromas of peach and apricot that transform into a dynamic, elegant, soft and balanced flavour, with a finish characterized by a pleasant mineral note.

In its territory of origin, the climatic conditions and the nature of the soil contribute to creating high quality, refined and noble sparkling wines. The process of refermentation in the bottle on selected yeasts, which for this wine lasts 40 months, is accompanied by careful manual control of each bottle during all production phases.

It is precisely thanks to this process that "Domini Nero" reaches its maximum expression: with a brilliant golden color and an extraordinary olfactory impact that evolves from peach and apricot notes to citrus notes, liquorice and the scent of bread crust freshly baked. The result is a linear and energetic wine, with creamy bubbles and a surprising freshness.

Winery history
Founded in the early 1970s by a group of enthusiasts including oenologist Luciano Lunelli, the winery takes its name from the image of the monk associated with the history of sparkling wine. The first cuvée dates back to the 1970s, and since then the winery has established itself in the Trentodoc scene thanks to a production focused on Traditional Method sparkling wines and growth based on quality-driven choices and extended aging.
Production philosophy
Artisanal production with careful attention at every stage of the traditional method: grape selection, meticulous cellar work and long periods of aging on the lees. The approach emphasizes the terroir of Trentino, focusing on elegance, finesse of the perlage and consistent quality rather than on large volumes.
Terroir and vineyards
Vineyards located on the hills between Trento and Lavis, in the mountainous and hilly landscape typical of Trentino. Traditional practices such as the pergola trentina are used in some parcels, and the grapes come from the most suitable areas of the DOC Trento.
Awards and recognitions
Numerous national accolades; the official website lists, among other awards and mentions, the inclusion of Cuvée dell'Abate Riserva 2004 among the best sparkling wines and several awards granted to the estate's wines in recent years.
