The Trento DOC Nature from Corvée presents a dry, determined character, suited to those seeking a clean, unobtrusive sparkling wine. On the nose it shows aromas of ripe citrus, light floral hints and a touch of yeast recalling bread crust; on the palate it offers freshness, balance between acidity and texture and a persistence that invites another sip. The bubbles are fine and integrate into the profile without overpowering it, allowing a saline and lively progression.

It is intended to accompany aperitifs, fish dishes, shellfish and light preparations, and also pairs well with delicate fried dishes and fresh cheeses. Serve cold in not-too-large glasses to preserve the bubbles and the more subtle notes, and best enjoyed young to appreciate its drive. Corvée's bottle suits informal moments and dinners where a versatile, controlled-character sparkling wine is desired.

Discover the story and wines of Corvée S.r.l..

Corvée S.r.l. — based in Cembra Lisignago (TN) — produces mountain wines and Trento DOC on about 15 hectares; the Corvée Rosé is a Trento DOC Metodo Classico made from Pinot Noir and Chardonnay.
Region: Trentino (Province of Trento)
Country: Italy
Winery history
Project born “from the dream of four young partners”, focused on the heroic viticulture of Val di Cembra; it farms about 15 hectares and has received national awards (e.g., Tre Bicchieri, Cinque Grappoli, Corona d’Oro, Il Sole) according to the winery.
Production philosophy
Expression of mountain terroir: respect for terraced vineyards, artisanal care in vineyard and cellar, and the pursuit of elegance and minerality in wines through vinification and ageing designed to express the mountain.
Terroir and vineyards
Val di Cembra (Trentino). Vineyards located between about 450 and 750 m above sea level on porphyritic, mineral-rich soils, with terraces and dry-stone walls; the winery states it manages roughly 15 hectares in these mountain exposures.
