Il Trento DOC Riserva della cantina Letrari è una raffinata espressione delle bollicine italiane, nata nel cuore del Trentino. Questa riserva spumante si distingue per l'eccellente qualità delle uve Chardonnay e Pinot Nero, raccolte a mano e accuratamente selezionate. Il metodo classico utilizzato per la produzione conferisce a questo vino una finezza inimitabile, grazie a una rifermentazione in bottiglia seguita da un lungo affinamento sui lieviti, che può estendersi oltre i 48 mesi.

Dal colore giallo dorato brillante e perlage fine e persistente, il Trento DOC Riserva di Letrari offre al naso un bouquet complesso, caratterizzato da note di frutta matura come mela e agrumi, unite a sentori di crosta di pane, mandorla tostata e una leggera sfumatura minerale. In bocca, si rivela equilibrato e armonioso, con un'acidità vivace che rinfresca il palato e una struttura avvolgente che conferisce pienezza e persistenza.

Trentodoc produced using the traditional method Vineyards in various subzones of the Vallagarina Modern winery in Rovereto, inaugurated in 2000. Wine tourism services: guided tours, tastings and wine shop Long-standing family tradition with documented roots dating back to 1647.
Winery history
The Letrari family has been rooted in the Vallagarina region since 1647. The modern family company was formally established by Leonello and Maria Vittoria Letrari in 1976. Leonello, an enologist trained at the Edmund Mach Institute, was a pioneer in experimenting with quality sparkling wines in the 1960s. The winery moved to a modern facility in Rovereto in 2000 and is today run by the new generations.
Production philosophy
Combines family tradition with technical innovation: meticulous winemaking, low, carefully managed vineyard yields, and a production focus on classic method sparkling wines and still wines expressive of the local terroir. Dedicated to hospitality and wine education, offering tastings, guided tours and a wine club.
Terroir and vineyards
Vineyards scattered across the Vallagarina around Rovereto, with a temperate microclimate influenced by the Adige and the Ora del Garda, and often poor, rocky soils that promote even ripening and concentrated aromatics.
Awards and recognitions
Appearances and awards at international competitions: for example, gold medals won by certain wines at the Champagne & Sparkling Wine World Championships 2023. Also featured in regional guides and circuits such as Slow Wine and Trentodoc.
