Light and measured, this Valpolicella DOC shows a fragrant weave of ripe red fruits — cherry and sour cherry — supported by a subtle floral note and a hint of spice that emerges in the background. On the palate it is savory and smooth, with lively acidity that makes it easy to drink, while gentle tannins and moderate roundness balance the structure without weighing it down. The finish stays clean, with pleasant persistence and a slightly bitter return that invites another sip.

Suitable for everyday meals, it pairs well with tomato-based pastas, well-topped pizzas, cured meats and grilled white meats, and can also stand up to fresh cheeses or flavorful vegetable dishes. Serve slightly chilled, around 14–16 °C, preferably in a glass that allows the aromas to open; its freshness and immediate profile make it perfect for informal aperitifs and evenings when you want a versatile, balanced wine that’s ready to drink.
