Bastianich's Venezia Giulia IGT "Plus" is a white wine that embodies the highest expression of the Bastianich family's viticulture in the Friuli Venezia Giulia region, known for its white wines of extraordinary quality and character. "Plus" represents an ambitious project that aims to capture the essence of a single grape variety, Friulano, interpreted in its purest and most intense form. This wine is the result of a careful selection of the best Friulano grapes coming from specific vineyards, where the pedoclimatic conditions and meticulous care in the vineyard allow us to obtain grapes of exceptional quality.

The vinification of "Plus" is aimed at enhancing the varietal characteristics of Friulano, preserving its freshness and aromatic complexity. The process includes temperature-controlled fermentation and aging on fine lees in stainless steel containers, techniques that aim to increase the structure and complexity of the wine, while maintaining the expression of the grape variety and terroir intact.

Visually, Bastianich's "Plus" presents itself with a bright straw yellow color, which reflects its liveliness and purity. On the nose, it offers a rich and complex aromatic profile, with dominant notes of white pulp fruit, such as pear and apple, floral accents and a subtle minerality, which together create an inviting and distinctive bouquet.

In the mouth, the wine demonstrates extraordinary elegance and depth, with an enveloping flavor texture that perfectly balances the aromatic richness with a fresh acidity. The fruit flavors intertwine with herbaceous and mineral notes, leading towards a long and persistent finish, which leaves a sensation of cleanliness and complexity.

Ideal in combination with delicate appetizers, fish dishes, white meats and fresh cheeses, Venezia Giulia IGT "Plus" by Bastianich is a fine choice for lovers of white wines who seek a rich and sophisticated tasting experience, capable of expressing the the uniqueness of the Friulian vine and the richness of the Friulian terroir.
