The Vermentino Bolgheri DOC "Le Pinete" by Diario di Vaira is a white wine that captures the essence of coastal Tuscany, renowned for its extraordinary viticulture. Cultivated near the sea, on sandy and mineral-rich soils, this Vermentino expresses a distinctive and vibrant character. In the glass, it presents a bright straw-yellow color, foreshadowing a bouquet of aromas that oscillate between floral notes and hints of white-fleshed fruits, such as peach and green apple.

On the palate, "Le Pinete" shows an elegant complexity, with a perfect balance between freshness and a delicate mineral structure. This is complemented by a refreshing acidity that leads to a persistent and pleasantly aromatic finish. This Vermentino Bolgheri DOC is ideal to serve with light appetizers, fish-based dishes, or simply as an aperitif.

The meticulous attention of Diario di Vaira to detail is reflected in both the care of their vineyards and the winemaking process, ensuring that every sip reflects the quality and passion of the winery. A true jewel for all enthusiasts of high-quality white wines.
