Piero Mancini's cellar came to life in 1989 at the hands of a dentist from Olbia with a big dream; the company produces its wines using exclusively proprietary grapes from the Gallura area where the fresh sea breeze joins the Mediterranean scrub, the penetrating pine resins, typical scents of this fantastic island.

Cucaione has a bright straw yellow color with light greenish reflections. The nose arrives with aromatic scents typical of the Mediterranean scrub, laurel and rosemary, to which floral and fruity aromas of broom and yellow peach insinuate, a mineral perception almost of algae that resembles the smell of the sea. The taste is structured and soft, where the great protagonist is the sapidity, followed by a persistent finish of floral and marine references.

It is recommended to combine it with appetizers and seafood first courses, such as paccheri and tagliolini allo scoglio, or a plate of crudités with molluscs, crustaceans and fish.
