The Vermentino Toscana IGT Classico from San Jacopo da Vicchiomaggio is born in the heart of Tuscany, in a dedicated area that combines a Mediterranean climate and well-drained soils, ideal for enhancing the freshness of this grape variety. The Vermentino, famous for its intense aromas, here expresses at its best notes of wildflowers, citrus, and a touch of aromatic herbs.

In the cellar, fermentation at controlled temperature preserves its lively acidity, while aging in steel makes it harmonious and fragrant. On the palate, it is bright with a slightly salty finish, typical of the versatile Mediterranean identity.

Perfect as an accompaniment to seafood dishes, shellfish, or grilled vegetables, this Vermentino Toscana IGT Classico offers an elegant and refreshing experience, ideal for those looking for a Tuscan white wine capable of telling the story of the territory with authenticity and lightness.
