The Vermouth Cinzano Bianco, historically produced in the Piedmont region, is a refined example of wine flavoring. Made with a base of selected white wine, this vermouth stands out for the skillful infusion of aromatic herbs and spices, including wormwood and vanilla, which give it a fresh and smooth aromatic profile. Its bright and golden color heralds a complex bouquet, in which hints of citrus, white flowers, and a delicate vanilla touch emerge.

On the palate it is balanced, with a pleasant body and a restrained sweetness that leaves room for a slight final bitterness, typical of wormwood, which enhances its structure. Ideal for the preparation of classic cocktails such as the Martini or to be enjoyed chilled, perhaps accompanied by light appetizers or fish dishes, this vermouth best expresses Italian tradition, enhancing the territory and the craftsmanship of Cinzano in the production of aromatic liqueurs.
