A Vermouth di Torino Extra Dry by Marolo that presents a dry, savory style with delicate aromatic nuances. On the nose a weave of citrus peel, light aromatic herbs and a floral hint that doesn’t overpower; on the palate the dryness is well balanced by a gentle softness, with lemon peel and a bitter caress that gives character without weighing it down. The structure is lean but convincing, with a fresh persistence that invites a second sip. Perfect as an aperitif and very versatile for mixing, it is best served chilled, neat or with a large ice ball and a lemon twist to enhance its citrus notes.

Pairs naturally with not-too-flavorful seafood dishes, vegetable crudités, savory snacks and fresh cheeses; it’s also a good base for cocktails that call for a dry, aromatic touch.
