Vespa Bianco in Magnum format by Bastianich is a flagship white wine of the winery, which represents a bold expression of a blend of native and international varieties, typically Friulian. This special cuvée, conceived to reflect the complexity and richness of the Friuli Venezia Giulia territory, is made by combining Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc and Picolit grapes, offering a unique aromatic profile and a remarkably complex structure. The Bastianich family, through Vespa Bianco, intends to celebrate the diversity and winemaking excellence of Friuli, with an eye towards innovation and quality.

Fermentation and aging in French wooden barriques give the wine notes of complexity, elegance and a rich layering of aromas, thanks also to the contribution of Picolit, a rare local grape variety which adds a subtle sweetness and aromatic depth. The production of Vespa Bianco aims to create a wine of great expressiveness and longevity, capable of evolving and improving over time.

The Magnum format (1.5 litres) enhances the aging potential of the wine, allowing the aromas and flavors to develop and integrate harmoniously, offering an even richer and more complex tasting experience. Furthermore, the Magnum represents an ideal choice for special occasions, a symbol of sharing and celebration.

Visually, Vespa Bianco presents itself with an intense golden yellow color, which anticipates its richness. On the nose, the bouquet is broad and inviting, with notes of ripe fruit such as peach and apricot, touches of citrus, honey, vanilla and toasted and spicy nuances, deriving from the aging in wood.

In the mouth, the wine reveals an extraordinary complexity and a perfect balance between the freshness of the acidity and the richness of the body. The aromatic palette is intense and persistent, with flavors that reflect the olfactory notes and are enriched with mineral nuances and a delicate flavor, leading to a long and memorable finish.

Ideal in combination with sophisticated dishes of fish, shellfish, white meats and mature cheeses, Bastianich's Vespa Bianco in Magnum format is a prestigious choice for lovers of great white wines, who appreciate complexity, elegance and the ability to tell the history and terroir of one of the richest and most varied wine regions in Italy.
