Pairing Dry sweets, cantucci, aged cheeses
A Vin Santo that presents an intense amber color and a warm yet composed aromatic profile: on the nose there are hints of dried fruit, dried apricot and a delicate note of honey that does not overpower. The sip confirms a well-calibrated sweetness, supported by lively freshness and a slight sapidity that prevents heaviness, while the texture is soft, almost enveloping, with a persistence that invites a second taste.

The profile is refined and expresses itself without excess, showing balance and clarity. It is enjoyed with dry sweets, traditional biscuits and dry pastries, but also stands up well to more savory pairings such as aged cheeses or a small portion of foie gras; ideal as a contemplative wine for a glass after a meal. Serve cool, in small glasses, and savor slowly to capture the nuances that unfold over time.
