The Vino IGT Frizzante Bianco Secco from Frizzoro presents as a frizzantino with a light, even perlage. Pale straw in color, on the nose it offers a fresh profile with notes of citrus, green apple and white flowers, accompanied by a subtle hint of aromatic herbs. The palate is lean, dry and lively, with restrained acidity that keeps the drinking experience smooth and a pleasantly saline finish. The level of effervescence is moderate, suited to those seeking delicate bubbles without excess.

It works well as an aperitif and to accompany light starters, salads, simply prepared fish dishes and fresh cheeses.
