Vinsanto Del Chianti Classico Occhio di Pernice Colombaio d'Oro 50cl - Colombaio di Cencio is a rare oenological treasure produced in the heart of Tuscany, in one of the most renowned areas for sweet meditation wines. Made mainly from Sangiovese grapes, naturally dried on racks, this Vinsanto encapsulates the essence of the Chianti territory, where climate and tradition harmoniously meet.

The long aging in barrels gives the drink an extraordinary aromatic complexity: hints of apricot, honey, and hazelnut intertwine with delicate spicy notes and a balanced acidity, which adds freshness and lingers on the finish. Its characteristic coppery tone is a visual invitation to enjoy a refined and enveloping sensory experience.

Perfect as a dessert wine, Vinsanto Occhio di Pernice pairs wonderfully with dry biscuits such as cantucci, blue cheeses, or desserts based on dried fruit, celebrating the Tuscan wine culture in every sip.
