The Chianti Classico DOCG Monticello - Colombaio di Cencio is an emblematic wine produced in the heart of Tuscany, in the renowned Chianti Classico area. Made primarily with Sangiovese, a grape variety that best expresses the Tuscan character, this wine stands out for its elegance and structure. The aging in oak barrels gives it a refined balance between fruity notes of cherry and plum, and spicy and slightly toasted aromas typical of the wood. On the palate, it is soft yet decisive, with well-integrated tannins and a persistent, harmonious finish. Ideal to accompany traditional Tuscan dishes such as roast meats, game, or aged cheeses, it is capable of enhancing the rustic flavors of local cuisine while maintaining a pleasant freshness. A perfect combination of territory, tradition, and oenological quality.
