On the nose, notes of dried fruit, sweet spices, and subtle hints of citrus emerge, harmoniously intertwined with the balance imparted by the wood, while on the palate its soft and velvety texture reveals flavors of vanilla, honey, and a touch of caramel, accompanied by a persistent and delicately toasted aftertaste. This blend emphasizes the balance between tradition and modernity, a distinctive element of the Speyside territory, famously dedicated to the production of aromatic and finely structured whiskies.
Excellent to enjoy neat or with a splash of water to fully release its aromas, it is perfect as an after-dinner drink or paired with desserts featuring dark chocolate and dried fruit notes. A Night On Earth 2024 embodies the poetry of a magical moment, capturing the essence of a Scottish night through an intense and refined sip.

Distillation
Small copper pot stills ('Curiously Small Stills') built by Forsyths; traditional new‑make production process for single malt (use of copper pot stills).
Ageing
Maturation in oak casks with heavy use of sherry‑seasoned casks (Jerez, often Oloroso); combined use of European and American oak and of ex‑bourbon casks. Many casks are seasoned with Oloroso in Jerez before arriving in Scotland.
