Akashi Blended Red Whisky is a fascinating Japanese spirit rich in history. Produced by the Eigashima Distillery, one of the oldest distilleries in Japan, located near the sea in the city of Akashi. This whisky represents a perfect balance between tradition and innovation. The 50cl bottle holds a light amber-colored liquid.
From an organoleptic perspective, Akashi Blended Red Whisky offers a surprisingly complex aromatic profile for a blend. On the nose, notes of ripe fruit, vanilla, and a light hint of sweet spices can be detected, owing to maturation in casks previously used for bourbon and sherry.
