On the palate it is round and enveloping, with balanced warmth and a silky texture that leaves room for a surprising clarity given its structure. The sip evolves with hints of controlled sweetness and a moderately long, slightly spicy finish; it can be enjoyed neat to appreciate its finesse, or with a drop of water to open up the aromas. An excellent companion to delicate fish dishes, small cheeses and caramel desserts, it offers an understated and pleasant drinking experience for those seeking balance and character.
