The Whisky Arran 10Y 70cl is a single malt that enchants lovers of refined spirits with its excellent quality and distinctive aromatic profile. Distilled on the Isle of Arran, this whisky is aged for ten years in a selection of oak barrels that previously held bourbon and sherry. This process gives the whisky a smooth character and surprising complexity.
Upon visual examination, the Whisky Arran 10Y presents itself with a light amber color. On the nose, a rich bouquet of fresh fruit aromas such as apples and pears is perceived, followed by notes of vanilla and sweet spices, thanks to its maturation in ex-sherry casks. On the palate, it reveals itself to be full and round, with a perfect balance between sweet notes of malt and caramel and a light freshness attributable to the fruit. The finish is long and persistent, with an elegant aftertaste that leaves room for reflections of chocolate and hazelnuts.
A whisky that stands out for its extraordinary drinkability and fineness of taste, ideal to be enjoyed neat or with a small addition of water to further expand its aromas.
